Terms of service

Payment

      Payment will be made in full by you, the customer, prior to receiving or shipping any or all products and merchandise. 

      We, Epic-dermis (Lindsay LaVigne and Adam Weeks), own any and all rights to our product recipes, packaging, and labeling. Upon receipt of purchase you, the customer, own just the product from that transaction while we, Epic-dermis, still hold the rights to our recipes, packaging, and labeling. Once products have been purchased by you, the customer, we, Epic-dermis, are no long held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged products or merchandise.

      We, Epic-dermis, are responsible for safe handling of all ingredients, products and merchandise within our manufacturing facility, in transport to store or other selling location. You, the customer, are responsible for reading any and all product labels to insure safe handling, storage, and usage information.

Shipping

      We, Epic-dermis, take no responsibly for lost, stollen, or damage packaging once the item has been shipped.
